Privacy Policy
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We collect, process and use your personal data only in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany. Personal data is any information that can be attributed directly or indirectly to a specific person (e.g. names, addresses, email).
You can generally use our website without providing personal data. Nevertheless, simply visiting our pages automatically collects and processes data in order to ensure the proper operation of the website. In addition, personal details are collected and processed in order to use some of our services.
Log data
Each time a page of our website is accessed, we or our hosting provider collect a range of general data that is stored in log files on the server. This includes, among other things: the name of the requested page, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, the name and version of the web browser used, the operating system, the referrer URL where applicable, and the IP address.
This data serves to provide our website and to tailor it to requirements. Without it, it is technically impossible to make our website available to you. To that extent, collecting the data is strictly necessary.
We also use the information for statistical purposes and to avert danger in the event of attacks on our systems. In the event of cyber attacks, we provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for prosecution.
Contact form
For questions of any kind you can contact us using the form provided or by email. In doing so, we store and process the details you provide in order to handle your enquiry or to ask follow-up questions where necessary. Your data is not passed on to third parties, nor is it compared with other data records.
Contract processing
The details provided when registering on our portal or when booking a specific service are collected, processed and used solely to fulfil the contract, for billing purposes, for customer support and to comply with statutory provisions.
The data collected is passed on exclusively to the service providers involved for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Only such data as is required to provide and bill the service is forwarded. The service providers are likewise bound by the statutory data protection obligations.
Cookies
We use cookies on our website in order to improve the user experience both on single and on repeated visits to the site.
Cookies are small text files that are sent from a web server to your browser and stored on the hard drive of your computer. They are needed to enable certain functions on a website. For example, actions you have taken (such as a language selection) are retained while you navigate between individual pages. They also allow us to recognise you when you visit the website again.
Our website partly embeds the content and services of other providers (e.g. Google Maps). These providers may also set cookies. Please visit the website of the respective third-party provider for further information.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies (text files) that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website.
If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, the IP address of users is truncated within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
You can prevent cookies from being stored on your device by adjusting the settings in your browser accordingly. Browser plug-in for opting out: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Google AdWords
This website uses Google AdWords, an analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer (conversion cookie) if you reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.
The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers. We do not receive any information that would allow users to be personally identified.
If you do not wish to take part in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of the cookie required for this.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is used on this website. Google Tag Manager is a solution from Google Inc. that allows companies to manage website tags via an interface. Google Tag Manager is a cookieless domain that does not collect any personal data. If a deactivation has been carried out at domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
Google reCAPTCHA
In order to ensure adequate data security when forms are submitted, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. in certain cases. Its main purpose is to distinguish whether an entry is made by a natural person or improperly by automated, machine processing. The service includes sending the IP address and, where applicable, further data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google.

We erase your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes pursued by its collection and processing, and provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
